Do aftermarket parts add value to a motorcycle? ›

Chain, Drive Shaft and Belts

These three are usually the most durable parts of a motorcycle and last for around 30,000 miles. However, to reach this distance, you need to keep the chain well oiled and clean. Also, make sure it isn't too slack, and have it tightened if that's the case.

Aftermarket Can Affect Resale Value
